GSC consistently demonstrates excellence managing complex home renovations as well as disaster response repairs. That is precisely why I have used them on three major projects in two years. Go to GSC if you want quality work, efficiency in getting it done, fair pricing, clear contracts, a decade of experience, and integrity. For example, my home warranty sent an AC repair company out, who said my electric wires were fried due to power surges and not covered by the warranty. He quoted $700 for the repair. I called GSC for a second opinion. Shannon came in less than 24 hours, flipped a switch on in the Attic. In two minutes, my AC was running. He did not charge me, because they are honest. You can trust GSC. They have done exceptional work on a total remodel, flooring, new kitchen, and bathroom including, granite, toilets, lightening, electricity. In addition, they replaced siding, painted the house. Most recently GSC rescued me from a tree catastrophe that uprooted, drainage, irrigation, fencing and more. In the future I will always call GSC first before I engage any other contractors.
